Jacqueline Vincent is co-founder, director and managing partner of The Brechin Group Inc and is responsible
for the operations of Brechin Imaging Services in Ottawa. With over 20 years of professional photography and digital imaging experience in the museum an archiving community, she provides operational leadership to the Brechin team
Jacqueline has had extensive experience in photographing
museum artifacts, works of art, digitizing films, photographs and a range of archival documents. Her experience in the art and science of photographing various types of art
and artifacts is extensive. Whether it be original paintings from the Canadian
War Museum, the moccasins of Chief Sitting Bull, fragile Argilite Carvings, or
the treasured war paintings that hang in the Canadian Senate Hall, Jacqueline
has developed photographic techniques that allow these images to come to life
in a digital format.
Jacqueline works closely with the museum and archiving community and recently co-wrote and
presented a paper on “Photo CD PCD to Tiff Migration Case Study” with Louise Renaud, Canadian
Museum of Civilization Corporation, at an Imaging Science and Technology Archiving conference. Jacqueline also served on the Program Advisory Committee and
was a Session Chair for the Imaging Processes session.
She has been a member of various professional organization including the Professional Photographers of Canada and is
currently a member of the Society for Imaging Science and Technology. She is an alumni of Algonquin College of Applied Arts
and Sciences.
Robert McComb was a co-founder of The Brechin Group Inc, a company that specializes in the creation management and security of digital content. Brechin provides leadership and expertise in digitization, file conversion, metadata documentation, film and document archiving.
Robert is a director and CEO of Certifi Media Inc., a company focused on deploying the capabilities of his "analog authentication" digital quality, security patent filed with the United States patent office. Certifi provides the means of embedding image quality attributes within a file while securing its configuration. This provides a quantitative means to determine whether a file reflects the original material while confirming its authenticity.
With over 20 years experience in the medical and digital imaging markets, Robert has previously held a number of positions within Eastman Kodak
including Vice President and General Manager of the Medical Digital Imaging Group North
America (Health Sciences Division), and Vice President of Kodak Imaging Services.
Robert continues to provide international business development guidance to corporations engaging in marketing their products in the medical device, software and electronic medical records sectors.
Robert holds an Honors Bachelor of science degree from the University of Toronto and had attended the Executive Development Program at the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to an experienced team of digital archiving specialits who pride themselves in providing our clients with high-quality results and customer services, Brechin has established an global network of digital imaging scientists with expertise in areas such as ananlog and digital file authentication, digital file Quality Control, digital watermarking and media conversion. This team of acknowledge subject associates provide technology leadership to Brechin but are also made available to our clients.
As an advisor, Heidi is responsible for providing guidance to the Advisory Board
on issues of Strategic Planning, Business Partnerships and Corporate
& Investor Relations.
Heidi spent 12 years in the Information Technology Sector working
for Newbridge Networks, Tundra Semiconductor and JetForm Corporation.
She has held positions that include Director of Investor Relations
for JetForm, Director of Business Development and Corporate Planning
for Formsplanet.com Currently, Heidi is Senior Officer in the Partnership
& Business Development Division of International Development Research
Center (IRDC), A Canadian Government Crown Corporation; she is responsible
for Public-Private Partnerships and International Business Development.
Her area of expertise is information & communication technologies.
Heidi has served on the National Board of Directors for the Canadian
Investor Relations Institute. She delivered numerous presentations
and workshops on Corporate Communication & Investor Relations best
practices.
Heidi has a Master of Business Administration from the University
of Ottawa Executive MBA Program and an Honours BA in Social Anthropology
and Sociology from the University of Toronto.
